One of the oldest schools in the country, Tulane University offers students a variety of challenging undergraduate and graduate programs on a historic campus. As the largest private university in Louisiana, Tulane attracts a diverse mix of national and international students. Ranked by U.S. News & World Report as the ​41st Best University in the Nation in 201​6, Tulane provides students the opportunity to experience New Orleans culture while attending a top-ranked university.

Well known for its architecture, business and biology curricula, Tulane is also prominent for its School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, the nation’s first school of tropical medicine. Offering intensive courses in epidemiology, biostatistics and global health, the school was ranked as the 1​2th Best Public Health School by U.S. News & World Report in 201​6.

Tulane's athletics department includes men and women’s basketball, swimming and diving, football and baseball. With over 200 student organizations, a fitness center and a sprawling campus in the heart of Uptown New Orleans, students on Tulane’s campus are given a unique college experience.
