Audubon Charter School, a pre-kindergarten-through-8th-grade charter school in New Orleans, fosters a culturally rich and academically rigorous program that incorporates French as well as performing and fine arts in the curriculum. Audubon Charter School earned an A rating from the Louisiana Department of Education for the 2014-15 school year, during which 91 percent of students performed at or above grade level.

Students benefit from challenging coursework in math, science, humanities and foreign language at each grade level. Audubon Charter School’s French curriculum is accredited by the French Ministry of Education, and the Montessori program is an initiate member of the American Montessori Society.

In addition to high caliber academics, Audubon Charter School offers a range of enriching activities including field trips that explore the arts and school performances that feature an international focus. Audubon students can also participate in multiple athletic team sports including basketball, soccer, cross-country, tennis flag football and volleyball.
